A career in conservation, archaeology or exhibition creation?

We currently have three incredible internship opportunities available at Fingle. If you are at the start of your career or looking to change job these are an ideal way to gain work experience and skills through training and personal development…

1. Ancient Woodland historic boundary surveying

From ancient trees to charcoal hearths, your role will involve surveying Fingle’s historic boundaries, enabling us to learn more about its natural and cultural heritage and contributing to the vital restoration and future management of this amazing ancient woodland – https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/get-involved/volunteer-with-us/volunteer-internships/opportunities/ancient-woodland-historic-boundary-surveying-internship/

2. Archaeology

From iron-age hillforts to charcoal hearths, your role will involve detailed analysis and interpretation of LiDAR data and geophysical surveys to help us (literally) unearth the fascinating history of this amazing ancient woodland – https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/get-involved/volunteer-with-us/volunteer-internships/opportunities/archaeology-internship/

3. Exhibition creator and video editor
