The return of the Fingle Woods dormice

It’s quite typical for dormice to disappear from nest boxes during the summer months as they move around the woods. In the last few weeks they have returned and they are back at full speed in a search for food to sustain themselves and build up body weight before the winter starts.
This video was put together from clips filmed in mid September and shows two dormice during their nocturnal activities.
