A partnership between the Woodland Trust and the National Trust

Riverside track seems popular……

The work on the riverside track continues apace and the majority of the work is now complete and users are beginning to enjoy the track now the heavy plant and machinery of the winters forest operations have gone. Local photographer Paul Moody captured these images at the weekend.

We are keen to get peoples views on the woods and its management and next week we are hosting three focus group sessions, if your free and willing to partake please contact Jane Craven to book a place – janecraven@woodlandtrust.org.uk

17th May 2015 – 2.00 to 4.30 pm

This one is focussed on families Fingle Bridge, riverside glade

18th May 2015  – 7pm to 9pm

This one will be focussed on the site heritage both natural and historical.  The Stag Room, White Hart Hotel, Moretonhampstead

19th May 2015  – 2 to 4pm

This one will be focussed on volunteering.  Activity Centre, Castle Drogo
